The cleaning before disassembly mainly refers to the external cleaning before disassembly. The purpose of external cleaning is to remove a large amount of dust, oil stains, mud and sand and other dirt accumulated outside the mechanical equipment, in order to facilitate disassembly and avoid bringing dust, oil sludge and other dirt into the interior of the factory building.

External cleaning generally uses white water for flushing, that is, connecting tap water to the cleaned area with a hose, flushing oil stains with water flow, and using a scraper and brush to cooperate; High pressure water flushing uses 1-10MPa. The high-pressure water flow under pressure is used for flushing. For thick and dense dirt, an appropriate amount of chemical cleaning agent can be added and the spraying pressure and water temperature can be increased.

Common external cleaning equipment includes: 1. Single gun time-flow cleaning machine, which relies on the scouring effect of high-pressure continuous jet or steam water jet, or the chemical combination of time-flow and cleaning agent to remove dirt. 2. There are two types of multi nozzle jet cleaning machines: door frame mobile and tunnel fixed. The installation position and quantity of nozzles vary depending on the purpose of the equipment.
